Each year, the Women's Congressional Staff Foundation (WCSF) honors exceptional women leaders on Capitol Hill who have made an impact, aligning with our mission. This year, WCSF was delighted to award our Congressional Champion Award to Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) for her leadership and advocacy to elevate women staff on the Hill. Additionally, we will also recognized Monika Konrad and Michelle Galdámez two women staffers who are leaders among their peers and have created meaningful change that benefits women both on and off the Hill!
