WCSF provides scholarships, professional development and mentorship to help women launch, succeed and advance in congressional careers.
Why WCSF?
We’re building the next generation of women leaders on Capitol Hill
Since 2018 WCSF has awarded more than 75 scholarships to women from more than 30 states and provided more than $300,000 in financial assistance to help launch careers in public service.
Through scholarships, professional development, mentorship and leadership opportunities WCSF is investing in the women who will shape the future of Congress and public service.
What Does a WCSF Board Member do?
The Board provides governance, strategic decision and oversight.
Govern: Set strategy, oversee organizational performance, and ensure strong financial and legal stewardship.
Fundraise: Cultivate donors, support sponsorships and help expand WCSF’s network of supporters.
Advocate: Serve as an ambassador for WCSF and help connect the organization with leaders, partners and opportunities.
