Each year the WCSF honors of members congress and staff who are helping women succeed on Capitol Hill at an annual reception and awards presentation.

On July 19th, 2023, the Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation honored three women of distinction on Capitol Hill. Democratic Whip Katherine Clark was honored for her work in DC as the 2023 Congressional Champion. Amelia Faraco-Hadlock and A. Brooke Bennett were awarded the 2023 Leadership Impact Awards. The 2023 class of WCSF Scholarship Awardees were spotlighted and remarks were given by two of our generous donors, Wells Fargo and Pacific Gas and Electric Company

The Women’s Congressional Staff Association honored Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) as our second Congressional Champion on July 16 at the American Trucking Association office on Capitol Hill. The Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation, in Honor of the Women’s Congressional Staff Association, held a reception to celebrate WCSA's 10 year anniversary on Wednesday, September 26, 2019. WCSF sponsors, current and former WCSA board members, WCSA founders, and Members of Congress met and mingled while celebrating the three awardees.
