Each year, WCSF honors Members of Congress and staff who are helping women succeed on Capitol Hill at an annual reception and awards presentation.

On July 14th, 2025, the Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation honored three women of distinction on Capitol Hill. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto was honored for her work in DC as the 2025 Congressional Champion. Monika Konrad and Michelle Galdámez were awarded the 2025 Leadership Impact Awards. The 2025 class of WCSF Scholarship Awardees were spotlighted and remarks were given by two of our generous donors, Wells Fargo and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
