Annika Wiebers

Attends Kansas State University and is working towards a B.S. in Agriculture.

Caroline Wingert

I am grateful for the opportunity to receive this scholarship as it has helped me to reduce the burden of paying for DC housing. I have been able to focus on my internship without having the added stress of finances.

Isabella Gutwein

Not only does this scholarship empower women financially, but it also encourages community, growth, and lasting connection among women on the Hill. I am so grateful to have met such amazing women, including WCSF board members, guest speakers, and fellow interns, through this program. Women have an important place in D.C., and this organization is a true model of what supporting one another looks like.

Osaze Osayande

Is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences.

Ava Kelsey

This scholarship gave me the support necessary for me to get back on the Hill after graduation. Without this program, I would not have the full-time staff assistant position I have today!

Elizabeth Clark

WCSF's generosity allowed me to intern in my local Representative's office and serve my community, which I never would have thought possible as a first-generation college student. WCSF not only supported me financially, but they also provided invaluable educational and networking opportunities that expanded my understanding of what women in public service can look like. Moving forward into my future in public defense and local government, I am endlessly grateful to WCSF for helping me enter the political pipeline that is often barred from women and first-generation students.

Jessica Bolin

Attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where she received a B.A. in Public Policy and Women’s Gender Study. Jessica is currently pursuing a masters at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Sierra Kaplan

Sierra is a senior at Syracuse University studying political science, health humanities, and gerontology. This summer, she is humbled to be an intern with the Committee on Ways & Means' Health Subcommittee (Minority)! Without WCSF, not only would affording a summer in DC be difficult, but I would not be connected to a vast network of successful women in DC who I can look up to and learn from.

Blanca godoy

Attends the University of Southern California where she is majoring in Political Science.

Grace Bruno

Receiving the WCSF scholarship allowed for me a transformative summer on Capitol Hill full of learning, personal and professional growth, and invaluable insights into the legislative process. WCSF afforded me a summer I’ll never forget and one that has influenced my career aspirations for the future.

Jessica Pizzo

My internship on Capitol Hill was an incredible opportunity to serve my home district and grow both academically and professionally every day. The lessons I gained from this experience are invaluable. I am sincerely grateful to the Women's Congressional Staff Foundation for making this unforgettable internship possible and introducing me to many phenomenal women Capitol Hill staffers, whose experiences have inspired me to strive for a future career on the Hill.

Sydney Roulhac

Because of the Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation, I was able to intern in Washington D.C. comfortably and experience the most informative summer possible. Interning on the Hill has opened the possibility of continuing my education and career here. I am so thankful to be selected as a scholarship recipient.

Carolina Sanchez-Torres

Yasamin Khosh

Being granted the Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation scholarship has been such a privilege for me this summer. As a first generation American, financial assistance is so pivotal while interning at a place like Capitol Hill, especially as a woman. I am thankful and honored to be the only scholarship recipient from a university in the state of Florida!
